Vassilis Papadopoulos graduated from the Department of Mathematics with specialization in Computational Mathematics, from University of Patras in 2017. He received his M.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematics from National Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2019 and since then he is a PhD candidate in the School of Applied Mathematical and Physical Sciences of the National Technical University of Athens in the field of Numerical Analysis. His main research interests are the optimal control, a posteriori error analysis and the development of adaptive numerical methods for inverse problems associated with elliptic and parabolic partial differential equations.
